Recycled asphalt is produced in the most accurate way by using the "Recycled Asphalt Production Technology" system established by ISFALT. It is an asphalt product that exhibits the high performance and durability found in traditional asphalt pavements.

İSFALT continues its recycling activities with determination at every stage of production to protect the environment and ecological balance, thus ensuring the sustainability of natural resources and accelerating the transition to a lower carbon economy.

Within the scope of recycling activities, the "Recycled Asphalt Production Technology" system is used, which recycles waste asphalt masses, and by means of this system, the scraped asphalt masses are evaluated by re-adding them to hot mixtures at 50% levels. In the ISFALT laboratory, all the properties of the scraped asphalt are determined, design studies are carried out according to the conformity criteria and it is made ready for production again in the factories.

By means of the system used by ISFALT, which is a leader in recycling activities in Türkiye, it is made possible for the scraped asphalt to become reusable. This way, the excessive use of natural resources is reduced and a significant contribution is made to both the environment and the economy.
