ISFALT is one of the leading industrial enterprises of Turkey and one of the most important economic enterprises in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. It was founded in 1986 to meet the asphalt needs of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and district municipalities, with an annual asphalt production capacity of 5 million tons. Asphalt production and implementation is its main field of activity. Additionally, it works for safe, comfortable, and uninterrupted transportation in Istanbul through other fields of activities such as divided road works, multi-level junction construction, R&D and laboratory services across the whole sector, recycling activities, training studies and technical support. 

ISFALT produces asphalt, which is the most important element for roads, with a production capacity of more than 20,000 tons per day, with ten plants in four large asphalt production facilities located all over Istanbul. It is equipped with advanced technology, always keeping quality precision at the forefront, and meets a significant part of Istanbul's asphalt demand. 

ISFALT has managed to place itself among the largest companies not only in Turkey but also in Europe in terms of production and performance figures, by attaching great importance to R&D activities, and being aware that it is only possible to remain a pioneer in this sector through continuous improvements and innovative studies. ISFALT R&D CENTER is the center of qualified and reliable information in the asphalt sector. It continuously conducts studies on new asphalt techniques with its professional technical staff and state-of-the-art infrastructure, it closely follows the technological developments in the world and it carries out high-tech product development studies to meet the changing needs of the sector.

ISFALT is certified as the "Accredited laboratory for most experiments in the asphalt sector in Turkey" with forty testing methods accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency and has the approval certificate of TSE "Laboratory for Testing Service" for asphalt tests, It offers laboratory services to all domestic and foreign organizations operating in the sector, as well as  universities, as the most competent laboratory in the sector.
