Human Resources Management at İSFALT A.Ş. In addition to its core activities, İSFALT A.Ş. established a new business line titled "Human Resources Service Provision" in April 2018, in compliance with Decree Law No. 696. This initiative was launched with the incorporation of personnel who joined the company through the aforementioned decree. As part of this service, İSFALT A.Ş. provides human resources support to various entities, including İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Road Maintenance and Repair Directorates, İBB Machinery Supply Directorates, İSKİ (Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration), İGDAŞ (Istanbul Gas Distribution Industry and Trade Inc.), and İETT (Istanbul Electric Tram and Tunnel Operations Inc.).
Through these contractual agreements, İSFALT A.Ş. has successfully employed a total of 7,551 individuals under the umbrella of Decree Law No. 696. When considering İSFALT personnel, the overall headcount has now reached an impressive 8,002.
Among these employees, there are 222 white-collar workers and 7,780 blue-collar workers, all of whom enjoy the flexibility of working in rotating shifts.
