The Küçüksu Street - TEM Çamlık Road project, offering a significant solution to alleviate Istanbul's traffic, linked Ümraniye, Beykoz, and Üsküdar, creating time and fuel savings for nearly 200,000 locals and transit drivers.

In the road construction, İSFALT teams utilized 7537 tons of sub-base and 3453 tons of asphalt to build a road 790 meters long and eleven meters wide. Initiated in August 2021, the project was accomplished and presented to Istanbul citizens in July 2022, less than a year from its inception.

The inauguration of the road and intersection linking Küçüksu Street and TEM Çamlık Road reduced the road distance to Hekimbaşı and its nearby areas by about seven kilometers. During rush hour, a minimum of 20 minutes of time and fuel savings was achieved. Traffic congestion also diminished at the Ümraniye-Küçüksu junction branches on D-16 Şile Road and the route to the Üsküdar-Beykoz coastal road.
