Founded on an area of 60.000 m2, Habibler Asphalt Factory is the largest asphalt producing facility of ISFALT with a production capacity of 500 tons/hour and meets 30% of the asphalt needs used in the works under the responsibility of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. The Habibler Asphalt Factory produces "Colored Asphalt", which makes the city of Istanbul even more vibrant and which is preferred on private roads, and "Mastic Asphalt", which is used in steel bridges & viaducts.

The asphalt plants in Habibler Asphalt Factory are electronically controlled closed circuit systems with giant filters that operate in integration with today's technology. In this context, the jetplus (giant trouser system type) filter system, which is the most modern filter, is used in the factory and the system works actively at high efficiency. Dust reduction systems in the aggregate stock area, plant aggregate silos and conveyor belts in the factory also work regularly. This method is intended to contribute significantly to the environment by reducing carbon emission rates.

All enterprises of ISFALT have ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates and this is an indication that environmental sensitivity is also approved on the international platform.
