Yeni Galata Köprüsü’nün bakım ve onarım çalışmaları kapsamında tarihi köprünün asfaltı yenilendi, depreme karşı güçlendirildi.

İstanbul Caddesi, İSFALT Laboratuvarında özel olarak geliştirilen renkli asfalt uygulamasıyla renklendi.

Asfalt üretiminde ve uygulamasında ülkemizin öncü firmalarından biri olan İSFALT, Haliç metrobüs yoluna özel reçeteli asfalt üretti.

The deteriorated section of the asphalt road between the Küçükyalı and Kozyatağı junctions of the D-100 Highway (E-5) has been renewed. Approximately 5 km of asphalt pavement was manufactured between Maltepe Küçükyalı Junction and Kozyatağı Junction by ISFALT teams. Approximately 19,417 tons of asphalt was used in the work, which was completed between 9 October and 17 November 2022.

Within the scope of İncirli Street renovation works, ISFALT carried out asphalt pavement works and colored porous asphalt application on pavements. Pedestrian priority street arrangement was applied with the project, which was realized considering the pedestrian density. Within the scope of the ISFALT project, contributed to the pavement works with a total of 374 tons of colored porous asphalt in an area of 1900 square meters.

Ümraniye, Beykoz and Üsküdar were connected to each other with the Küçüksu Street – Tem Çamlık Road project, which is one of the solutions that provided relief for the traffic in Istanbul, thus saving time and fuel for approximately 200 thousand citizens and transit drivers.

ISFALT, which plays a leading role in the production and application of Colored Asphalt and Porous Asphalt in Türkiye, has applied colored asphalt and porous asphalt in green and red tones to some pavements in Kadıköy Cemil Topuzlu Street and Bakırköy İncirli Street.

Work has been completed in Başıbüyük – Samandıra Motorway Project, which connects Maltepe and Sancaktepe districts of Istanbul. With the motorway placed into service by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), transportation time from Başıbüyük to Samandıra decreased from 45 minutes to 15 minutes. Within the scope of the project where asphalt application was carried out by our company, 36. 749 tons of asphalt was used.

The Unkapanı Junction Bridge was constructed by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in 77 days. Itwas placed into service for Istanbul residents on July 31, 2021. ISFALT's experienced teams laid the high quality asphalt produced in their own facilities. A total of 7.206 tons of asphalt was applied within the scope of the project

In this project, ISFALT application teams carried out asphalt pavement works on a total area of 4115 meters.

The application teams of our company carried out this work where 150.000 square meters of damaged asphalt was scraped and 55 thousand tons of new asphalt was laid in its place. The asphalt pavement work, which lasted from April to June 2020, was carried out on all floors of the bus station and at the entrance-exit connection branches. The physical standards of the vehicles at the bus station were increased and the Great Istanbul Bus Terminal was given a brand new appearance with the asphalt application.

The asphalt pavement works of the Eurasia Tunnel, which connects the two sides of Istanbul under the sea, was realized within the scope of the project.

ISFALT implemented the mastic asphalt application to the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge with its expert team of 200 people. Within the scope of the project that was completed in 2016, 'mastic asphalt' was used, which, unlike classical asphalt applications, exhibits high resistance against wheel ruts, provides insulation by creating a gapless and impermeable layer and has flexibility features.

The mastic asphalt application was made on the 1,340-meter-long South Approach Viaduct of the Osman Gazi Bridge project.

Comprehensive maintenance works of Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridge were completed between June 18 and September 13, 2012. In the studies carried out, mastic asphalt was applied to the FSM Bridge, which is flexible, waterproof, not affected by moisture and precipitation that provides insulation and resists heavy traffic load.

The Golden Horn Bridge is part of the lifeblood of Istanbul's transportation network. Within the scope of these renovation works, mastic asphalt, which is preferred for steel bridges, was applied to all branches of the bridge.

The mastic asphalt application on the Nissibi Bridge in Adıyaman was carried out with unique methods used for the first time. The mastic asphalt used was produced in molds in the ISFALT facilities and transported to the Nissibi Bridge in special bags of 1 ton each. Mastic asphalt, which was transported to the site, was applied to the area after heating in special heating systems.

İSFALT made the mastic asphalt application on 520-meter-long Karamağara Bridge in the Ağın district of Elazığ in 2015. The application on the Karamağara Bridge, one of the largest steel suspension bridges in Türkiye, was implemented using the asphalt produced in Istanbul and transported to the region.

Within the scope of D100 (E5) Highway renovation works, the superior quality asphalt obtained as a result of the research and extensive technological investments made in ISFALT Laboratories was applied in three layers.
