Mahmutbey Asphalt Factory has been meeting most of the asphalt needs of the European side of Istanbul with a total capacity of 300 tons/hour since the day it was established.

It is one of the main objectives of ISFALT to protect the environment and ecological balance at every stage of the production, thus accelerating the sustainability of natural resources and the transition to a lower carbon economy. For this purpose, as in all other facilities, environmentally compatible technical infrastructures have been established in Mahmutbey Asphalt Factory. In this context, the most modern filter, jetplus filter and electronically controlled system, are working actively, thus reducing carbon emission rates and contributing significantly to the environment. Dust reduction systems in the aggregate stock area, plant aggregate silos and conveyor belts in the factory also operate regularly.

All enterprises of ISFALT have ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates and this is an indication that environmental sensitivity is also approved on the international platform.
